SHIPPING

JACQUES offers free Ground Shipping on all continental US orders. Orders for expedited shipping 2-3 day shipping or Next-day shipping must be placed by 12 p.m. ET to ship the same day; orders placed after will ship the next business day.

At this time, International (non-US) customers are responsible for payment of any associated fees, customs, duties, and taxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be returned to JACQUES within 14 days of receiving your order, in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. We reserve the right not to accept any return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way.

Please contact us at info@jacquesnyc.com with your order number, items, and reason for return or exchange. A prepaid return label will be provided for domestic returns.

Once your return has been inspected and accepted, you will receive an email confirmation that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.
